George Perrin Insurance has generously donated a cash award to be given to six lucky people who send in their entry forms before the deadlines.

All Solo Entries
(normally due on Dec. 13, 2004) received by November 15, 2004 will be entered into a draw and 3 entries will be drawn to receive the following:

1st entry drawn = $50.00 cash
2nd entry drawn = $30.00 cash
3rd entry drawn = $20.00 cash

All Group & Speech Arts Entries
(normally due on Jan. 14, 2004) received by January 9, 2005 will be entered into a draw and 3 entries will be drawn to receive the following:

1st entry drawn = $50.00 cash
2nd entry drawn = $30.00 cash
3rd entry drawn = $20.00 cash

Entries must be received in the office by January 9, 2005 to be considered
